Easily Amused
Some people laugh at everything. Even when it’s not funny. While the rest of us smirk, these people explode with ear-splitting guffaws. We’re usually sitting in front of the loud laughers in the movie theater, or next to them, if they happen to be Rachel. That’s probably why we don’t go to the movies very often.
A bunch of those loud laughers are on twitter, in varying degrees.
LOL = Laughing Out Loud
If sound did not actually escape your lips, it’s called a chuckle.
LMAO = Laughing My Ass Off
The only time we thought basketball was funny was that time they took the picture of Obama playing basketball with his shirt tucked into his sweatpants. Who does that? Oh, yeah, the president.
ROFL = Rolling on the Floor Laughing
With a cat and a dog in the house, our floor is never clean enough for rolling around on. The hippies probably wouldn’t mind, though.
ROTFLMAO = Rolling on the Floor Laughing My Ass Off
We find it hard to believe that any of these people were actually rolling around on the floor laughing uncontrollably. Just sayin.
Now, if you want to see something worthy of, maybe a chuckle, but no more than a LOL, may we present:

By the way, did you hear about the woman who wrote LOL in a condolence card? She thought it meant Lots of Love. Sad, but true.

Here’s a picture of the prototype for the Fail Bird Desk Mascot, as promised today on twitter. No eyes, yet, or nametag, but we think he’s coming along pretty well. What do you think?
