Watching Out for the (really) Little Guy

When we talked about all the cats and dogs on twitter a year ago, the most popular cat, @sockington had 238,396 followers. He (?) now has 1,518,682, which just goes to show that the twitter universe is fascinated with all creatures, great and small. Okay, we’re not sure how great; we’ve not seen an elephant on twitter – yet. But definitely the smallest of the small.

Some people delight in the simple sighting:

Huge toad in the middle of the road

Which leads to heartbreak:

RIP toad in the road

It turns out that love is not so easy, when you’re a toad.

Love or death for toads

We want to thank Honorary Fail Bird Handler @got_dood for alerting us to one person who really, really cares. Evidently, not only do people on twitter love toads, at least one of them is also willing to go the extra mile to enable toad sex.

We should all be concerned about toad safety

We hope POTUS has time to respond. Forget Health Care, or whatever it is that the prez is working on these days. Toad Safety is an issue we can all get behind.

Some people understand social media. We're here to poke fun at the ones who don't If you see a post that fails, please send a screenshot and URL of the offender to tweetfail@gmail.com

We are not associated with twitter in any way. If you don't like something you see on this blog, it's not their fault.
